1 1/2 lb. hamburger - 1 small onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup (undiluted) - 3 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp mustard - Salt and pepper to taste
Cook onion and hamburger. Add soup, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns. Kids love them.
Note: More Catsup or Mustard may be added to your taste.
