4 C. sugar - 1 large can pineapple juice
5 bananas, mashed - 1 small can frozen orange juice, and 3 cans of water
Juice of 2 lemons - 6 C. water
Mix the sugar, bananas, and juice of 2 lemons in 6 cups of water. Boil until dissolved. Then add pineapple juice and orange juice mixed with 3 cans of water. Freeze this mixture.
Add 6 quarts of 7-Up just before serving
