CHERRY - O - CREAM CHEESE PIE

1 (9 in.) crumb crust - 1 (98 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 C. lemon juice - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can prepared cherry pie filling
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

-Let cream cheese soften to room temperature, beat until fluffy.
-Gradually add sweetened condensed milk while mixing. Stir until blended.
-Add lemon juice and vanilla; blend well.
-Pour into prepared crust.
-Chill 2 to 3 hours and then garnish top of pie with cherry pie filling.
