LASAGNE

2 tbsp. salad oil - 1 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. hamburger - 1/2 tsp. oregano
5 cloves garlic - 1 (8 oz. or 14 oz.) kg lasagne noodles
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce - 1 pt. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste - 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (#2) can Italian tomatoes - 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Heat 2 tablespoons salad oil; brown hamburger and garlic; add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles in boiling water; drain and rinse. Fill casserole alternately with lasagna noodles, sliced Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce; top with meat sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
