LEMON CAKE
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 lemon cake mix
1 C. hot water
3/4 C. oil
4 eggs

Mix all together and whip on high and fast speed. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes. Use Lemon Supreme Deluxe Cake Mix. Don't over Bake ! Make icing with 1 C. Powdered sugar mixed with 1/2 C. fresh lemon juice. While cake is still warm, punch holes in with fork and pour icing over cake.
